Chunks of DNA containing one or more genes have been ripped out of their chromosome and reinserted in a different place. Other lengths of DNA have been transferred to a different chromosome altogether.

But the testing company 23andMe, which was the host of what it billed as a “spit party” in the middle of New York Fashion Week, filled with celebrities, wants people to think of their genomes as a basis for social networking. Is the dominant trait the most prevalent trait? Help answer the question ,does the dominant allele for a given trait show up as the prevelant phenotype in the population at large? Participate in this project. Survey phenotypic traits , compile data with students from around the world and analyze the data to determine if the prevalent phenotype is the dominant allel.
